A case study video created as Strata Plan, a body corporate management company, identified the need to appeal to more developers. Strata felt that if developers knew how valuable it is to plan effectively for body corporate services at an early stage of developent as opposed to post development then they would be able to help them deliver a much better plan for their residents and buyers.
The procreant was designed in a way to show how Strata plan currently help developers manage their developments successfully by interviewing a current developer and Strata Plan client, Campbell Mcleod from Development Group in Melbourne.
